Valve bars (also called combination levers or radius rods in full-size engineering) are a key component of a steam locomotive’s valve gear, the mechanism that controls the distribution of steam to the cylinders. This 3D-printed part add the fine mechanical detail that sets a serious steam locomotive model apart from a basic brick build.
Available in a range of lengths to suit different wheel configurations. The first number in the name indicates the length in studs, the second indicates the number of axle holes.
